I am no stranger to fad diets. Although I went to culinary school and spent a decade as a personal and private chef, I was never taught about the HEALING POWER OF FOOD! It wasn’t until I became certified in integrative nutrition that it all began to fall into place and I experienced my own health rejuvenation.
I admit, it was a twisting and winding road the first few months. I experimented A LOT. It took some trial and error, but I finally made the commitment to give a plant-based lifestyle a try.
